Go to the tagged image and click on the three-dot button at the bottom of the post. If you don’t want a tagged photo of you on your profile, you have two options: remove the tag or keep the tag but not show the image in your profile. And anyone who looks at your profile can see these images. If you click on the right-most icon on your profile (the tag shape with the person silhouette) you’ll see all the posts you’ve been tagged in. Photos that you are tagged in do not show up in your followers feed but they do remain on your profile.
